- Colleen Adams Added November 01, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★I absolutely Love going to Villa Maria the Activities Co Ordinator is So Very Wonderful and so are the other Staff who are Very Caring and always Very Happy as are the Clients. Morning Tea is always very lovely. Beautiful Place to visit...
- Reddog14 Added October 31, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Desperately understaffed (1 care worker caring for 15 high needs residents.) The RNs & management have no respect for staff & only want to sell rooms. Appalling hourly rates ($21.75 per hour during the week.)
If work wasn't completed during the set times, staff were forced to forgo their breaks & continue working & if progress notes were not completed by the end of the shift, staff had to work overtime without being paid.
Staff were desperately unhappy & overworked, many cut corners often putting the resident's healthy & safety at risk (like not using a lifter.) - Rose-Marie Hamlin-Larsen Added October 23, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Clean respectable living for the elderly.
