- Todd Added December 28, 2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The store is difficult to navigate, but the prices are generally great. The staff evidently lack customer service basic training. They were having an issue with the electric door when i was leaving, and instead of the staff member explaining the issue politely and assisting by opening the door, she just signed heavily, shrieked "not again!" from half way up the shop, trudged over carelessly, wedged the door open and just stood there in silence for me to leave. It was awkward, unexpected, lacking basic courtesy. I realise this is irrelevant to why i went to the store, and irrelevant to the purchase i made, but these abrupt and crude experiences with staff aren't forgotten - just remember that.
