They can only take blood from one arm & Jenni has been successful on each & every occasion. She is kind, gentle & very thorough regarding the paperwork. It does get very busy there at times but well worth the wait. I have another pathology clinic 5 minutes from home but would rather travel 20 minutes to get here.

Would highly recommend this skilled and gentle phlebotomist.

The worker on today 10/02/23 had absolutely no customer service skills, sat there and waited for them to take people before me even though I was first. Waiting over 30 mins for a blood test with no one else waiting- what a joke!!!! Will be making a offical complaint with QML

- melissa hemmer Added June 16, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst place to come. Plebotomist was so slow ended up waiting almost an hour to get bloods taken with only 3 other people waiting. Watched as plebotomist follow a young lady into the toilet for a urine sample! Talk about akward and uncomfortable! Wont be coming back after this!
