  This real estate is the worst real estate we have ever dealt with.
  
  We moved into this property due to the fact the property manager promised us things that would be done however they were never followed up by her. I would spend so much of my time emailing and calling her to try and get the things done.
  
  We ended up breaking the lease and paying over $500 in fees for them to take 6+ weeks to find someone to go into the property. They increased the rent amount when they advertised it and would not release our bond or return my phone calls.
  
  After handing the keys to the real estate and moving an hour away I was emailed and asked to go back and clean a few minor things. I had no problem doing this, however when I turned up to the office i was advised they didn't know where the keys to the property were. After 10 minutes of waiting, the keys were left in the electricity box by their handyman at the property and I was asked to return the keys to the office after I had finished the cleaning. The property was located 20 minutes out of town.
  
  I submitted the Refund of rental bond (Form 4) to the RTA which they disputed however had no grounds and the bond was refunded.
  
  I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They are lazy and do NOT live up to their name.
