- Brian Ashby Added June 04, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I rang prior to going down. Waited 10 minutes only. Doctor was friendly, polite and understanding. Could not recommend this medical centre enough. Excellent receptionist and doctors
- Stephanie Dalgity Added February 20, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed. Was waiting for over an hour and a half to get a sick certificate. Asked the reception after an hour of waiting when we would be seen by a doctor, we were told that we were next. 25 minutes later we asked again when we would be seen and the reception lady said at 10:09 she yelled at the top of her voice for my name and i didn't answer. The waiting room was very loud and busy with the TV up loud and people watching videos loudly on their phone, so no one heard her yell out. They shouldn't even be yelling out at the top of their voice in a waiting room. They should get up off their asses and do it more professionally. Also the doctors dont leave their doorway, they also just yell at the top of their voice for the next person. Very rude and unprofessional, will not be returning here again.
- Catherine Charlesworth Added December 23, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fabulous reception staff; always helpful and accommodating. Have never not been able to see a Doctor on the day I need to. My GP has just retired, but there are plenty of other Doctors to see. Pleasant surroundings, nurses are wonderful, counsellor is very good, and the Pathology lab is on hand. Well done to the whole team!
- Nat Dalgity Added September 03, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited for over an hour and half!!!! Went up at the hour Mark and asked what's going on. They said that we will be next...... Another 30 minutes later went up again to be abused by the receptionist saying that she yelled at the top of her voice for us and that she noted that we weren't here. Well We were and We sat just in front of the reception desk. We couldn't even hear ourselves think with how loud it was let alone being able to hear her!!!!! Pathetic place that does not care about there patients. Not happy what's so ever
