  I certainly do NOT trust Ipswich Emergency Department. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. This is absolutely DISGUSTING. When I presented there with an emergency, I was made to feel less than dirt. When the admin woman told me that she felt very "blase" about my situation, I spent the next hour hearing her laugh about the situation, I could hear her telling all nurses and laughing. We waited in the emergency department while every single person was treated before us, and when I asked why others who had arrived well after us were seen first, we were told to wait our turn. As I told the staff that the condition was worsening all we got was attitude and disgust, it honestly seemed like they DID NOT CARE at all and were happy to see my friend in so much distress.

  My wife just gave birth at ipswich hospital.
  All the midwives were absolutely amazing in birth suite. After our son became distressed while giving birth, my wife was rushed to theatre where he was delivered by an amazing doctor called Shannon, she kept my wife so calm through the whole scary situation.
  Everyone in the operating theatre was so great and calming.
  All the midwives and nurses on the maternity ward deserve a metal! Everyone was lovely and kind and our time there was great.
  The food is good too!
  Thanks for helping make bringing our baby into the world such a great experience.
