I had a bad experience buying an electric folding bike before from a place that ships it to you the bike was damaged in transit to me the company I brought it from is dragging the chain on refunding me I was going to wait but I was looking today and had no plans on buying a bike but your customer service from Cassandra put me at ease that it was going to be ok after being let down by the previous company. I would like to say thank you to the team.
