I raised the issue of the bald tyres to staff and they told me its the best they could do, either take it or leave it. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere as they provide unsafe vehicles and don't bother fixing them, they had a month in between booking an collection to rectify the bald tyres. - Fifowifienmummy:P Forlife! The staff are Budget's most valuable asset, competitive pricing is just icing on the cake. My only other truck rental experience was with Alpha and it was awful, I'll never go there again. Next time I need a truck I'm probably not even going to get quotes, Budget all the way. Clean vehicles that feel safe, relatively very good pricing, and TOP NOTCH customer service at Ipswich and Rocklea (and probably other places too but I've never been).
