- Isabella Vlogs Added August 11, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My work colleague ordered flowers from our work place for a very unwell other work colleague. $80:00 for a rotten flower arrangement. When I say rotten the roses were in bloom and opened the carnations were dying and the stock wilted. Susanna was alerted about this to which she replied in a very aggressive sounding text that she was not replacing or refunding our money. She was subsequently phoned and her response was I quote 'get off my bloody phone'. Never order from this place. Very dissatisfied with the unprofesssionalism of this florist... let's see what Fair Trading think of our experience now.
