EMLA patches were a winner too. I booked in and was given good advice over the phone about what time was best (quiet) and let them know he was anxious - recommend booking if you can. Thank you :)

The ladies today though (sorry I didn’t get your names) were so encouraging and calm with her, explained everything. The special knitted teddy afterwards worked a treat too in calming her down. Thank you so much!
