    Deliberately took gas bottles on a Saturday so that my family would be without for the weekend. I have a 2 week old baby, 3 & 5 year old. I rang the company when I first moved into the house and was told that I didn't need to do anything with accounts until I needed new bottles. So I was just waiting for the gas to run out of one of the bottles and I would setup an account and order a new bottle.
    On a Saturday whilst I was out the bottles suddenly disappeared so that I would have no gas for the rest of the weekend. When I rang customer services they simply said that someone could call me on Monday. What's the point in customer service. This company has gone against the advice I received over the phone and left a family without hot water and cooking facilities for the weekend. Poor poor form.

    Looking for a gas supplier atm. Seems great reviews from people that haven't had a problem. Yet even more poor reviews due to bad service and nil effort to keep their word when discussed issues with the people with issues. I'll keep looking as i don't want to be one of the many people left in the lurch or basically lied to after my money has been paid.
