- darryl pedley Added July 09, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We went to river link and ordered the big breakfast served on two plates as we are pensioners, the girl who took the order said that was ok as we always get this same order at booval coffee club,our order came with everything on one plate and a spare plate, we complained to the girl who said sorry but that’s the way it comes, I complained some more so she took it to the chief whine I heard say that’s the way it comes, so as I could not put all on to the spare plate, I used my had to do the rest, very unsatisfactory as booval and Redcliffe put it on the two plates themselves without a problem, a very disappointed customer who won’t be back there ever again, customer service, ha what customer service

Was told to take a seat while they finished setting up mind you were still putting out the table and chairs. Punctuality is definitely not their strong point!
